Hawaiian Airlines
To cancel or change your Hawaiian Airlines flight, call 1-800-367-5320 or contact us via live chat or text.
- Tickets must be changed or canceled prior to the departure of your original flight.
- No difference in fare will apply for new travel in the same cabin to and from the same city pair.
- If you purchased your tickets through a third party, such as Expedia, another travel agency, or another airline, contact them directly for assistance.

If you purchased a
nonrefundable fare or award ticket, including Saver and Main Cabin Basic fares,
you may:
- Change your trip without a fee. No difference in fare will apply for new travel through November 24, 2025, in the same cabin.
- Cancel your trip without a fee. The funds will be returned as a credit certificate or deposited into your account. For award tickets, points will be deposited back into your account.
- This waiver is valid for tickets issued by Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, which you can identify by a 13-digit ticket number that begins with code "027" or "173".
- This waiver does not apply to same day confirmed changes.
- Tickets issued by other airlines with a different carrier code (ticket numbers that don't begin with "027" or "173") are subject to the waiver policy of the other airline.
- Tickets must be booked and flown within 1 year of the original date of purchase.
Guests transiting through the United States to/from another country must meet U.S. entry requirements for travel.

Japan fuel surcharges
Airlines impose fuel surcharges on international tickets, including flights operated by partner airlines under the same flight code. For flights between Japan and North America or Hawaii, if the yen equivalent of Singapore kerosene exceeds 6,000 yen, the surcharge will be applied. If the average price falls below 6,000 yen, the surcharge will not be applied.
