Ticket Reissuance Requirements
Any tickets for PNRs with an HA-operated leg beyond April 21, 2026, will need to be updated to the corresponding Alaska leg on 027 ticket stock. This update cannot be completed by reissuing the ticket; the 173 ticket must be refunded, and a new ticket with the updated segment purchased. Air Group has issued two waiver codes for PNRs impacted by the PSS migration. For the HA tickets being refunded, agencies are to enter RFNDASHA25 as their waiver code. For the AS tickets being issued for the ticket refunded on HA, the issuing agency should use SCNDASHA25. This waiver code should be used for all issued tickets, even if the new coupon is an equal or lesser fare, to match the refunded ticket. Tickets will be audited to ensure the same pax are traveling on the same itinerary as the refunded VCR. Any ticket refunded or issued without a matching OA ticket, will be issued an ADM. Fare differences apply to any subsequent itinerary or passenger updates. If tickets are not updated to match the new AS leg on the guest’s itinerary, the traveler will not be able to check in. Any tickets not reissued by mid-Q1 2026 for travel after the PSS cutover will be reissued by Alaska on AS-owned tickets.
