Terms and conditions

Discounts:
Discounts may be available.

Minimum requirement:
10 or more passengers traveling together. The trip may be one way or roundtrip.

Reservation window:
Approximately 11 months in advance. The entire itinerary must be completed within this period.

Base fare:
The base fare is the actual price of the airfare. It does not include taxes, security charges, or any other fees.

Guaranteed fare:
The base fare amount is guaranteed until ticketing if all group rules are met and no changes are made.

Deposits:
No deposits but understand debit memo process under-utilization policy.

Utilization policy:
Utilization fees based on seats held until ticketed. Alaska Airlines will debit agencies through the debit memo process for seats canceled in excess of 10%.

Changes:
Substitute group members may take the place of members who cannot travel.

Name changes:
Free up to 72 hours prior to departure. Within 72 hours, a fee will apply for each name change.

Ticketing:
30 days prior to departure for all markets. If on Sabre or Apollo, can claim pnr prior to ticketing.

Refunds:
No refunds after ticketing. Value of the ticket may be applied to future travel within 1 year of outbound travel.
