Can I use this for any group?
All groups except those booked via a block handler product may add names and secure flight to their booking at alaskaair.com/booking/reservation-lookup/group. The travel arranger must have the Confirmation Code and Group ID in order to access the reservation.
When can I add names?
Names can be added anytime after the reservation is made and prior to payment/ticketing.
Can I add only the names and later add the secure flight information?
No. You must enter the complete name, gender, and birth date for each traveler.
Do I have to add all the group names at one time?
No. You may add some of the names and then select Save. You can retrieve the reservation as many times as needed until all names have been added. All group names and secure flight information must be in the system prior to the payment/ticketing date.
Can I make changes to the names or secure flight information?
No. Once the information has been saved, you will not be able to make changes to any of the names/secure flight information. Contact the Group Desk at 1-800-445-4435
to make changes to your group travel reservation.
Can I enter the international travel documentation for my group?
Yes. You can retrieve the reservation any time up until travel and add your international travel documentation, Mileage Plan number or make a special service request.
If I forgot to enter a Mileage Plan program number or special service request, can I do that later?
Yes. You can retrieve the reservation any time up until travel to add the international travel documentation, Mileage Plan program number, or special service request.
Can I make changes to seat assignments?
No. Seat assignments can only be viewed. If you need to make a change to a seat assignment, you will need to contact the Group Desk.
How do I add infants to the group reservation?
You will need to contact the Group Desk at 1-800-445-4435
to add infants to the record.
Why can't I retrieve my reservation?
You may have mistyped the Group ID or Confirmation Code. Please double-check and try again. If you continue to have problems, please contact the Group Desk at

After I save the names, can I display the page again?
Yes. After selecting the Save button you can redisplay the page by selecting the refresh icon on your internet browser.
After saving the name, I see a remark under the passenger's name "E-Ticket: Not available". What does this mean?
It can indicate that a change was made after ticketing and the ticket may need to be reissued. Please contact the Group Desk for assistance.
