Option 1: Travel separately
For groups of 20 or more traveling from a variety of departure cities to the destination, we offer a discount off the lowest available fares at the time of booking. We'll provide a discount code that your group can use to purchase their own tickets at alaskaair.com

- Extended travel window allowing travel up to three days before and three days after your event
- Flexibility to choose flight times based on personal convenience
- Earn tour conductor credits based on the number of tickets purchased
Option 2: Travel together
For groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flights and dates, we offer the ability to secure a discounted rate through our group desk.
Benefits:
- No deposits
- A set base fare guaranteed through a special fare agreement
- Unlimited, free name changes up to three days prior to departure
- Name changes for a fee within three days prior to departure
- No ticketing fees
- Advance seat assignments
- No minimum stay requirement
- Earn tour conductor credits based on the number of tickets purchased
