Redeeming wallet funds

  1. After signing into your account, shop around and select the flight(s) you want.
  2. Once you've made your selection(s), proceed to checkout.
  3. During checkout, on the payment page, there is an option to use your wallet balance.
  4. By choosing to use your wallet balance, the wallet funds will be applied to that flight purchase. If the total due is less than your wallet balance, the remaining balance stays in your wallet until it expires. If the wallet balance is less than the total due, a credit card will be required for the remainder of the purchase.

Wallet funds expiration

Certain types of credits that can be deposited into a wallet have expiration dates.

Expiring wallet funds must be used to purchase a new ticket before the expiration date passes. Travel can take place up to 11 months later, but the ticket must be purchased with the funds before the expiration date.

You can find expiration dates by logging into your account, selecting 'Wallet activity' from the left-hand navigation, and choosing 'Available funds' from the wallet drop-down list.
