By selecting a partner link you agree to share your data with these sites.". If you're unable to reach them, send an email after you land to: support@wifionboard.com.

Can I use iCloud Private Relay while in flight?

At this time, Private Relay will prevent you from accessing AlaskaWiFi.com. Please disable it prior to purchasing Wi-Fi or browsing our movie library.

First, be sure your device is in Airplane Mode and you're connected to the “Alaskawifi.com” Wi-Fi network. Next, ensure you aren't running a VPN or iCloud Private Relay.

How will I know if Wi-Fi won't be working on my flight?

If there is a known issue with one of these services, our Care Team will attempt to notify all guests via email and text message before their flight. During your flight, you can reach out to the team at WiFi Onboard "This indicates a link to an external site that may not follow the same accessibility or privacy policies as Alaska Airlines. On some devices you may be prompted to "turn off privacy mode". Android users will find this option in the settings menu.

When is inflight Wi-Fi available?

The system is active, in most cases, at all times. As soon as you settle in, you can select a Wi-Fi pass or begin using our entertainment system. You'll be able to use the internet all the way until you deplane at your destination.

There are a few infrequent instances when the system will be paused; these include during deicing, when traveling north of the Artic Circle and in parts of New Mexico. Also, during heavy rains storms, or when snow has accumulated on the top of the plane, service may be slow. If the system won't be working for another reason, we'll try to notify you before your flight so you can plan ahead.

What is the price of onboard Wi-Fi?
