Alaska's New Distribution Capability (NDC)

 

By completing the registration below, you agree to these API and Services Use Agreement.

NDC Certification

You should identify your preferred connection type before applying for access to NDC. To find out more about NDC and ways to connect, please email the team at ndc.info@alaskaair.com. 

Accessing our APIs

  1. Click on the registration link below. Please note, by completing the registration for you agree to our  API and Services Use Agreement.
  2. Complete required fields. If no IATA is available, please provide the IATA of the OTA/agency you are working with.
  3. You will be provided with instructions to create and access client credentials to enable your access to our test APIs. 
    Please never email key information for security reasons.
  4. When you are approved for test access, you will receive an email with test cases as well as technical documentation. This documentation can also be found at www.alaskaair.com/content/ndc.
  5. Notify <ndc.info@alaskaair.com> when your development is complete, and you wish to be granted access to the production environment. 
  6. We will set up a meeting for you to demonstrate that you have met our criteria in the test environment.
  7. Once testing is complete and signed off by our Onboarding team you will receive access to the live environment within 5 working days after contracts are signed by both parties.
