Shipments for 1st flight of the day must be arranged in advance by calling the station directly.
Sunday - Friday: 4:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 4:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Agents are not available during active flight arrivals and departures.
Reminders & Services
Outbound shipments must be tendered at least 1 hour before flight departure.
Inbound shipments are available 45 minutes after arrival.

- GoldStreak and Animal Express may be accepted after hours with at least 24 hours notice.
Alaska Airlines cannot guarantee the availability of cooling and freezing facilities at origin, destination or enroute points. All perishables must be packaged to withstand a minimum of 48 hours in transit, without refrigeration.
