Yes. Flights on our oneworld Alliance, global and regional partners can all earn points — what you actually earn comes down to the airline, how you booked, the flight number and the fare class. In 2027, it will also depend on how you’ve chosen to earn points on flights: by distance traveled, price paid, or segments flown. See how you earn points, or visit our terms and conditions, and/or eligible flight range pages for more details.
Yes. Book directly through us — all ticket numbers starting with 027 — and you're covered, including on Breeze Airways, ITA Airways and Singapore Airlines.
Sometimes. It depends on the airline, how you booked, the flight number and the fare class. Some flights booked outside Alaska or Hawaiian (ticket numbers that don't start with 027) still earn points; others don't. For details, check the airline partner's page above before you book.
Starting January 1, 2027, your choice will apply to all partner flights booked via the Alaska or Hawaiian websites or mobile app, and all American Airlines flights regardless of where you booked. Members earning on distance traveled will earn points and status points based on actual distance flown. Members earning on segments flown will earn 500 points and status points per segment.
However, if you’ve chosen to earn by price paid, eligible flights booked directly with American Airlines using your Atmos Rewards number earn 5 points per $1 spent, while flights booked directly with other partner airlines continue to earn based on a percentage of flown miles.
No. Your flight only earns points or miles with one loyalty program. You must choose which program you would like to earn points on for your trip when you book.
Add your Atmos Rewards number to your reservation and set Atmos Rewards as your loyalty program when you book or before you fly. Forgot to add your Atmos Rewards number, or missing points after your trip? You can submit a points credit request. Make sure you have your boarding pass or ticket receipt available when you make your request.
Points for partner flights typically post shortly after your trip, although posting times vary by airline. If it’s been at least 14 days since your flight and you’re still missing points, submit a points credit request. Some requests take a little longer if we need to verify your trip with the partner.
Whether your flight qualifies depends on your fare, the booking channel, and/or the flight number. Not every fare or booking method is eligible to earn points. Review our earn points and partner airline pages for full details.
You won’t earn redeemable points on award travel. If you book a partner award flight through Alaska or Hawaiian, you'll earn one status point per mile flown, no class of service bonus. Starting January 1, 2027, it will depend on how you’ve chosen to earn points on flights: by distance traveled, price paid, or segments flown. For more information, learn more about
