Please sign in and go to your Trips page. You can also look up your reservation using your confirmation code. You’ll find your confirmation code in the email you received after booking, or on the Trips page.

Online check-in:
Use our website or mobile app to check in up to 24 hours before your flight. If you aren’t able to check in, an Alaska agent can assist you at the airport.

To book a flight using points:
Search for a flight, select ‘Use points’ and all available award flights will appear in your flight search results. Our Reservations team sees the same availability as our website and won’t be able to offer additional options. Try checking back later if you can’t find the flights or seats you’re looking for — partner airlines add more inventory at different times.

Adding bags to your reservation
Bags can be added up to 24 hours before your flight during check-in. After check-in, you’ll be able to add bags from the Trips page in our mobile app or website.
