The 3 cities of Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick sit at the confluence of the Columbia, Yakima, and Snake Rivers. Lewis and Clark camped on these shores in 1805, and a young Shoshone Indian woman named Sacagawea served as interpreter, trade negotiator, and mountain guide in their journey to the Oregon coast.
