Island Air
Island Air has ceased operations effective Nov 10, 2017. The waiver guidelines below have been provided to assist in accommodating any guests who may have been affected. Refunds are only authorized on Island Air operated flights.
The waiver below applies only to Alaska Airlines 027 tickets. For all itineraries validated on other airline's ticket stock, contact the validating carrier directly. All refunds and reissues must be complete by Dec 31, 2017. The waiver must be added to the tour code box at the time of reissue.
Waiver Code: WP1117
- Okay to reissue the ticket and refund the value of any Island Air operated flights.
- Change fee is waived.
- Honor the fare on any flights that are unchanged.
- Any flights added to the itinerary must be repriced at a current fare.

Due to the recent wildfires on Maui, HI (OGG), all non-essential travel to West Maui (Lāhainā, Nāpili, Kā‘anapali, and Kapalua) is strongly discouraged in order to give Lahaina and the surrounding areas the space they need to heal and recover. Other areas of Maui (including Kahului, Wailuku, Kīhei, Wailea, Mākena, and Hāna), and the other Hawaiian Islands, like Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, and Hawaii Island remain open.

The Governor of Hawaii has asked that visitors and residents reduce travel to the islands to essential business only.
In light of this, we have implemented a limited-time-only flexible travel policy for guests who previously purchased Saver fares to Hawaii.

We will waive the change fees and the difference in the price of the ticket if the new travel is booked to or from the affected cities in the same cabin and travel is completed during the new travel dates listed above. Additional taxes may apply. Tickets must be exchanged prior to the departure of your original flight. This waiver is valid only for tickets issued on 027 ticket stock.
The change fee can be waived beyond the "reissue by" date of the event waiver. Original flights must be canceled on or before the “reissue by” date in the waiver. Place the original event waiver in the tour code box at the time of reissue to waive the change fee only. Any difference in fare and taxes will apply. The reissue must be completed within one year from the original purchase date. Original ticket value is good for 1 year from original outbound travel date.
