Investing in communities  At Alaska Airlines, we believe in strengthening and supporting the communities our employees, neighbors and guests call home. In our communities, we are connecting young people to career opportunities, investing in local nonprofits through grants from our foundation and partnering with organizations around the country to make flying matter. We’re proud to have delivered more than $750,000 to 41 nonprofits focused on education and equity throughout the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii.

We make flying matter Air travel connects us in many ways. Connecting families, friends, and colleagues across the globe—and creating special moments through flight. Throughout the year, we have opportunities to make wishes come true for children, to inspire the future of aviation in our youth, to honor our nation's heroes with travel to see the war memorials in Washington D.C., and to make all feel welcome flying with us. We also feel great responsibility to the places we fly, reflected in many of the organizations we support.
