My Wallet is a feature of your My Account profile—an online bank that allows you to deposit an unlimited number of gift cards, gift certificates, Credit Certificates, and Bonus Travel Certificates. My Wallet conveniently eliminates the need to enter multiple codes and PINs when shopping at alaskaair.com. Once your gift cards and gift certificates are deposited into your My Wallet you can forget about them until you are ready to make a ticket purchase. You can also keep track of the expiration dates of your Credit Certificates and Bonus Travel Certificates in one convenient location.

With My Wallet, you can combine unlimited gift cards and certificates into a single electronic bank account, making it easier to keep track of Alaska Airlines gift cards, certificates, and unused ticket credit(s). In the near future you will be able to store other types of credits including customer service vouchers.

When signed into your My Account profile, My Wallet lets you choose if, and when, to apply your account balance to new flight purchases at alaskaair.com. Any remaining balance stays in the wallet for future use unless it reaches an expiration date.
