My Wallet Terms & Conditions

• My Wallet credits may be redeemed at alaskaair.com for air travel on flights operated by Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, Penair between Anchorage and Dutch Harbor, and SkyWest Flight Series 3450-3499.
• My Wallet credits may be redeemed for new ticket purchases only and cannot be applied toward service fees, or as additional fare for exchanged or partially used tickets.
• My Wallet credits may be applied to transportation sales tax, security fees and Passenger Facility Charges.
• My Wallet credits are a valid form of payment for any fare type.
• My Wallet balances are nonrefundable and non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered, redeemed or exchanged except as permitted in these Terms & Conditions.
• If your My Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the full value of the ticket you wish to purchase, you may pay the difference with a credit card. A balance will remain in your My Wallet if available credits exceed the ticket price.
• My Wallet balances cannot be redeemed through a travel agency or any online travel source other than alaskaair.com.
• The applicable fare terms and conditions will govern reservation changes.
• Alaska Airlines gift cards and gift certificates deposited into My Wallet are no longer transferable and cannot be used outside of My Wallet.
• Once deposited into My Wallet, gift cards and gift certificates become subject to these terms & conditions.
• Tickets purchased with My Wallet credits are subject to the contract of carriage and to the applicable fare rules.
• My Wallet balances cannot be applied to add/collect fees or used to purchase Alaska Airlines Vacations packages, air cargo services, services offered by Mileage Plan hotel, cruise or car rental partners, or additional gift certificates.
• My Wallet credits cannot be used to purchase Fly & Buy Miles™ or trip protection.
• My Wallet balances are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Alaska Airlines reserves the right to freeze or void any My Wallet credits obtained through illegal or fraudulent channels, or in a manner that violates the Mileage Plan Conditions of Membership.
• Alaska Airlines reserves the right to cancel tickets and/or demand an alternate form of payment, for tickets purchased with My Wallet credits derived from illegal or fraudulent channels.
• The Alaska Airlines Internet Privacy Notice applies to all My Wallet transactions conducted on-line.
• These terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
• Alaska Airlines reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at their discretion.
