Elevating Airline Food to a Higher Standard

We've taken our Northern Bites^® food-for-purchase options to a whole new level by offering a hot, fresh meal for purchase on almost every flight longer than 2½ hours.

Onboard purchases can be made with any major credit or debit card. To accommodate Alaska residents who do not currently have a debit or credit card, $6 vouchers can be purchased at all of our ticket counters in the state of Alaska.

Alaska's Own Northern Bites^® Service
Alaska Airlines proudly offers Northern Bites, our customized meals-for-purchase service available on select flights over 2½ hours. On these flights, in addition to a beverage service, you can purchase a fresh meal.

Enjoy one of our fresh and flavorful meals. We offer health-conscious options and we're always trying to improve our quality and selection. Flight attendants will announce the specific meal available on your flight.

East or Southbound Flights

Tuscan Breakfast Flatbread
– $6 USD
Scrambled eggs, spinach, sundried tomatoes, and provolone cheese on toasted flatbread. Includes yogurt.

Available on flights over 2.5 hours departing before 9:30 a.m.

Chicken Caesar Ciabatta
– $6 USD
Chicken breast, shaved parmesan, and fresh basil on a ciabatta bun with Caesar dressing.

Available on flights over 2.5 hours departing after 9:30 a.m.

Cheese and Fruit Platter

Penne pasta with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts mixed with green onion, parmesan cheese and Italian dressing. Served with warm garlic bread.
