Here’s what to expect from our streamlined lobby.
To access your boarding pass, you'll need to check in through the Alaska Hawaiian app. Unable to access your boarding pass before you arrive? See an agent to get a printed version.
Check in and access your boarding pass on your phone by using the Alaska Airlines app.
You can also use the app (or alaskaair.com) to add traveler details, pre-pay for bags, upgrade or change seats and check your flight status.-
Step 1: Tag bag Head to the self-service Bag Tag Station or Kiosk and use your boarding pass QR code to print your Tags and place them on your luggage.

Step 2: Drop bag SEA, SFO and PDX have automated bag drop. To use the automated bag drops: Place your bag, wheels up, on the automated bag drop. It will scan your bag tag to retrieve your reservation.
Find the Drop Bag sign in the lobby to drop your bag with an agent. You'll need the person whose name is on the bag tag to drop the bag and have their ID verified.

Eligible guests can now complete document verification digitally on the app, saving time and skipping lines at the airport. Download the Alaska Hawaiian app to upload and verify documents for your trip. Verification is required before flying. Remember, you’ll still need to bring your required travel documents to the airport.
Digital verification is supported for passports from 207 countries, permanent resident cards from 46 countries, and visas from 10 countries.
Guests must be traveling in a group of 7 or fewer, with no lap infants or minors.
