Board Room & Airport Lounge

The Alaska Airlines Board Room is your oasis amid the hustle and bustle of the airport, a place where you will experience our Alaska Spirit in an upscale, comfortable atmosphere. With Board Room locations in Anchorage, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, and San Francisco as well as access to over 50 affiliate lounges worldwide, Board Room membership gives you a sanctuary from noise and distractions at the airport on your day of travel. Our Board Room locations have been designed to maximize your comfort as well as your productivity. With high-end furnishings, private work stations with integrated power, Wi-Fi, fax, and copier, you can be as relaxed or as productive as you need to be.

Complimentary juices, soda, coffee/espresso, and varying snacks throughout the day, including fresh pancakes, soup, and fresh vegetables are available in all Alaska Airlines Board Rooms. The Board Rooms also offer complimentary beer, wine, and cocktails.

Our Board Room Concierges are dedicated to consistently provide you with the highest level of customer service. They will help you with travel arrangements if your flight is delayed or cancelled or even recommend a great local restaurant. Board Room Concierges are passionate about meeting and exceeding your travel needs and expectations.

As a Board Room Member you'll also be able to reserve our Board Room Conference Rooms*, even when you're not traveling. You'll find comfortable seating, expansive work surfaces, and all the equipment you’ll need to conduct business.

* Available in Anchorage, Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles.

One-Day Pass

If you’re just passing through one or more of our Board Room airports, you can purchase a One-Day pass. One-Day passes are also available for purchase at any of the five Alaska Airlines Board Room locations on your day of travel.

One-Day Passes are for personal use only and are invalid if bought, sold, or bartered through unauthorized channels.

Membership Has Its Privileges

Members are welcome to bring their immediate family (spouse and children under the age of 21) or as many as two guests at no extra charge. Members must accompany and remain with family members or guests at all times.

Members may purchase One-Day passes for additional traveling companions, or for guests and family members not traveling with the member, at a special rate of $20 (USD) per person (regularly $45 (USD) per person for non-members).
